Whether you are contributing health information, caring for patients, engaging in research, or supporting ALZ-NET as a partner, you will help build a better future for all individuals affected by Alzheimer’s or another dementia by taking part in this network. You can get involved with ALZ-NET as a patient, caregiver, health system, health care provider, or researcher.

Find a site
Search for a health system or health care provider participating in ALZ-NET in your state or near your ZIP code. ALZ-NET currently has more than 200 clinical sites in various stages of the startup process and this map is continuously updated with all active sites.
